FTTC & FTTP
Fibre to the Green Cabinet (FTTC)
Fibre to the Green Cabinet (FTTC) is the most commonly used internet connection across the UK. The internet service provider (ISP) delivers the connection to the green cabinet, and then an Openreach engineer brings the broadband to your premises via a copper telephone line.
The speed of your connection will depend on how far your property is from the green cabinet, but we offer two packages: one with speeds of up to 40Mbps and another with speeds of up to 80Mbps.
Fibre to the Premises (FTTP)
Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) is gradually replacing the old copper telephone network by bringing fibre directly into your home or business. This means you won’t need a traditional copper telephone line anymore, especially as most phone services have switched to VoIP (Internet Calling).
While FTTP isn’t as widely available as FTTC just yet, Openreach is under pressure to expand its coverage across the UK.
FTTP packages start at speeds of 40Mbps, with options going all the way up to 1000Mbps, offering faster and more reliable internet for your needs.
